My tests of Revisitors.com consisted of buying the 10,000 visitor package for the category Income Opportunities and sending it to DLx Business Review.com ,
My metrics for the test is the number of visitors that leave the home page and actually read articles on this web page and the time they spent on the web site.
I started receiving traffic within 24 hours, as promised. Initially, the traffic has been on the order of 150 visitors a day. According to the website, this should ramp up over time. All traffic shows in my logs as being referred from IP address 70.85.216.247.
For the DLx Business Review home page, after about 1770 visitors, there have been 0 click throughs on the home page. from visitors that were referred to by revisitors.com. The average time spent on the site was about 10-30sec. Not enough to read the home page.

My conclusion is that you might as well manually set
your hit counter and save your money.
If you want a lot of visitors use them. If you are interested
in sales this definitely is not the way to go.
